Do you not know? Have you not heard?

Should I?

A colleague from my IA company sms-ed me. She said that she will be leaving the company to further her studies in a few months time and asked if I would be interested to fill her vacancy... I don't know if I should accept the offer. I am really not prepared to think of after-graduation plans... But this is a very good opportunity...
In addition, I'm not sure if my ex-colleague and the company were serious about the offer.... So what should I do??
