Ponders

Do you not know? Have you not heard?

The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. -- Isaiah 40:28-31

It's been longgg~~~

I sometimes wonder where did time go? Every day passes by in flashes I cannot seem to recall in detail what exactly I have been doing the last few weeks...

I'm kind of trying to change my lifestyle a little, cutting down on my spendings, getting off work slightly earlier and trying to jog more often. Though jogging alone is really boring and mentally exhausting (trying to psycho myself to keep up with the pace), the jog always end up being fulfilling and physically refreshing. =) The only down side is due to all the construction going on along the park near my place.. It's like having to breathe in dusty air with every breath I take.. yew~~~

On top of that, I've been making it a point to return home early most weekdays in order to coach Debbie on piano. Teaching a kid is really tough. Especially a kid who talks back and keeps asking 'why's =S... But it really rekindles my interest in piano. I've stopped serious practising for quite some time and feels kinda rusty with the keys. But this coaching thing made me realise how much I miss the times when I had to practise my pieces and scales several hours a day... Even better now, I have a duet partner! As Debbie improves on her playing, we manage to play more and more challenging duets together. I used to do that with my piano teacher and it was really loads of fun. But it comes only once in a blue moon when she was in her better moods... hee...
