It's Debbie's 7th birthday! Her mummy bought a cake to our house. Debbie texted me at 6pm to ask if I would be home early to celebrate her birthday with her. Seeing the message, who wouldn't?? =) (btw, yes, she's just turned 7 and she's already texting) My aunt told us Debbie has been elated the whole day she skips instead of walk. Had a great evening with her, playing the brainless games in my ipod touch and basically enjoying the family time.
It's only her third week at school and Debbies's already getting a 'last chance' from her form teacher for always forgetting to bring home her stuff from school. I'm not quite sure why, but I really enjoy all the little stories that my aunt and mum tells me of her at school. How she starts to buy her own food at the canteen, how she takes the school bus home on her own. It's a so kiddish and cute and reminds me of how much she has grown up and is already in the next phase of her life. =)
Darling's in camp for reservist. It's only the 2nd day of the week and I'm missing him really badly already. Work has been very busy, but time is still passing a little too slow for my liking. I hope weekend comes really fast so that we can hang out together again. Moreover, it is our anniversary this coming Monday. =)
