Ponders

Do you not know? Have you not heard?

The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. -- Isaiah 40:28-31

雨过天晴

雨过天晴精神爽! Things are finally back to normal. The cooling thing was dumb and I regretted it. But at least it’s finally over!

By the way I’m away from office this week for a course my company sent me to. All I can say, never have I been to a course that made me miss working at the office so much. The German speaks with a Tamil accent, writes whatever he writes like Sanskrit, teaches things that are so boring I couldn’t help dozing off a portion of the afternoon right after lunch (lunch + lesson = deadly combination), another portion before tea break reading the book I brought, and the rest of the afternoon chatting with my colleague.

Then I got lost trying to get out of the school because it was raining really heavily and I insisted on getting to the train station nice and dry, hence weaving my way through numerous sheltered walkways till I was totally embedded deep within the school compound…. Good thing I met a really nice lady who was also on her way to the train station. The best thing that happened today was seeing from afar dear waiting for me at the control station. It has been a while, that relief and emotion rushed through me. Though things were really bad these few days, I was just so happy to see him again!
