Ponders

Do you not know? Have you not heard?

The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. -- Isaiah 40:28-31

Long Sought-after Weekend!

It had been a long weekend, but not a well-rested one, ‘cos I had been so busy! In a good way, by the way. =)
Went to a couple of movies, went to my brother’s final year art exhibition (it was really enriching, and I was so glad to find that I am not the only one who ponders over certain issues, ‘cos I found several artists work reflecting on things that I often think about), had dinner at Timbre @ Old School with dearie and my siblings, chill out at coffee places, had al fresco dinner at the beach (literally by the sea!), hung around at Vivo, went to Sentosa, went shopping and dinner with my parents, tried to fry a chicken shaped sunny-side-up, played with bubbles using my battery operated shark bubble maker………… ♥
You can then understand why I feel like rubbish going back to work this week… =((

My new ducky air cushion! Bought it at a flea market outside the Cathay. I’m resting my back on it as I speak~* Muahaha…

Yum yum~  Time to tuck in!
Most of the time we were eating in the dark. Supported wonderfully by my USEFUL Sony Ericsson E72 (unlike the useless iPhone).

Some of the time, we were accompanied by cockroaches.
Dearie killed the first (hmph!), we migrated further down the coast, then came 2 friends of the first for revenge!

Stingray was the best that night.
Personally, bbq wings next, then crabby, then sugar cane juice (lol…), then carrot cake.
Clams do not deserve a listing.

Brunch (@ The Soup Spoon) and Sentosa!
The walk to Sentosa was an impromptu decision, and I like it that way (even if we were there for only 2 hours and could only walk around OUTSIDE Universal Studios and its surrounding retails…)
