Happy Valentine’s Day EVERYDAY!

Dear’s spending his valentine’s Day with his campmates this year, I’m spending my Valentine’s Day myself re-living the wonderful pre-Valentine’s Day weekend we had.

It was simple. No flowers, no special or expensive gifts, no expensive dinners with the rest of the world… just us, a small card (dear said it’s quite expensive lar… haha) and a few photographs – they were plain, yet the most romantic and will definitely be the most treasured. Like I’ve said, the simplest things usually guarantee the fondest memories.

The lovely lunch dear cooked… though it was instant noodles, he topped it up with an entire can of abalone! (shh….. dun tell our mums… lol) Dinner was also plain. A couple of slices of pizzas and a bowl of mee soto shared at a food court. Yet the feeling we had were fulfillment and content.

A bottle of wine with snacks, handwritten blessings on the piece of tissue we used for our snacks… The night was nothing but bliss and wonderful dreams…

Of course, it was still kind of sad to see everyone heading off from work to celebrate Valentine’s Day with their beloved-s. Yet after staying home and reminiscing the cherished and memorable weekend, all seemed well enough…

Dearie, though you don’t really like the dark, grainy, artistic kind of photographs (ahem…which I fell so much in love with), I’ve edited many of them from this weekend’s for you. Enjoy them during the nights at camp yea? Love you. Thx for making everyday Valentine’s Day for me! =))
