Ponders

Do you not know? Have you not heard?

The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. -- Isaiah 40:28-31

MC~~~!!

When there are no holidays, we feel lethargic from the long work week and the amount of work piled in front of us that we have to go through. When we fall ill, and the doctor finally gave a more than 1 day MC (due to H1N1), we start to worry about the pile of work left neglected at the office that we have not finished and the deadlines (ie. DEAD-LINES) that are fast approaching. Life, or rather, people are clouded by dilemmas... sigh... But seriously, I'm truly worried about work. It is seldom a doctor says 'I'll give you MC for today and tomorrow' with the patient replying 'Can I go back to work tomorrow?' and the doctor adding on 'It's better for you to stay at home unless you have fully recovered'... Haha..

Oh.. My darling is grieving over the loss of his favourite tennis player to one of his most hated tennis players... 节哀顺便 ok dear? Haha... It was his birthday yesterday and we had a simple yet fun time at his place having the most yummy strawberry shortcake that I have ever tasted. It tickles me to recall his expressions when he received his birthday present last Saturday... =D
